Hirschmann MSP30/40 Series is a Industrial DIN Rail Ethernet MPS Modular Switch with up to 28 Gigabit Ethernet ports
FEATURES
- Increase bandwidth with 28 Gigabit Ethernet ports
- - Reusable modules that can be used on any slot (first slot is reserved for a newly designed and unique 2.5 GE module)
- - Up to four 2.5 GE ports for high availability with media redundancy protocol (MRP) and link aggregation
- - 10 Gigabit module soon available
- Modular setup with hot swappable module slots and Layer 2/Layer 3 capabilities
- High-grade metal/aluminium housing for mounting on a DIN rail
- Optionally extended temperature range from -40°C to +70°C (standard is from 0°C to +60°C)
- Cost-effective powering of terminal equipment via PoE+ function. The backplane of the switch supports up to 120 watts and additional media modules with external power supply can even increase the total amount of available PoE power
- Simple configuration and diagnosis using HiDiscovery, HiView, Industrial HiVision or web interface
- Diversity of standards and approvals
