The JREX 106 series explosion-proof telephone is certified for Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas atmospheres and Zone 21 and 22 dust atmospheres, in a corrosion-resistant housing rated for offshore and coastal exposure, high humidity, dust and wide temperature variation. Matching JREX HSA IP66 explosion-proof speakers and aluminium-cast junction boxes complete a plant-wide PA and intercom system. The range has been deployed offshore and onshore in demanding conditions, including a plant-wide explosion-proof PA and intercom system at Hassyan Power Plant in Dubai, supply to Aramco facilities, and explosion-proof telephones to BORR Drilling for offshore operations across 2024 and 2025.
